Exchanges

Perfume that has been opened, but not used, can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
The exchange takes place at our boutique at 6 Yehuda Haymit Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, during business hours.

Please note – perfume that has been opened and used cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns

Unopened and unused perfume can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Returns are made at our boutique at 6 Yehuda Haymit Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, during business hours.

Returning a product involves a legal cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS – whichever is lower. Plus 50 NIS for shipping costs.
