Shipping and Exchange Policy

At our brand, every order receives full attention, as part of a meticulous and precise shopping experience.

We deliver all over the country, ensuring fast handling, high-quality packaging, and safe delivery of products to your doorstep.

Delivery times
After confirming the order, the shipment will reach you within 3 to 5 business days .
For remote communities, kibbutzim and moshavim, delivery time may be extended up to 7 business days .

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and Israeli holidays.

Service and commitment
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible, and often deliveries arrive even earlier than the specified date. However, in exceptional cases resulting from unusual loads or external circumstances, there may be delays beyond our control. In such a case, we will make sure to keep you informed and personally guide you through the process until the delivery is completed to your satisfaction.

Exchanges
Can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
The exchange takes place at our boutique at 6 Yehuda Haymit Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, during business hours.

Please note – perfume that has been opened and used cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns
Unopened and unused perfume can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Returns are made at our boutique at 6 Yehuda Haymit Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, during business hours.

Returning a product involves a legal cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS – whichever is lower. Plus 50 NIS for shipping costs.
